Air Classifier Mill
How It Works
The machine features a vertical cylindrical design, integrating an ultra-fine grinding mill at the base with a high-precision air classifier at the top. The grinding chamber pulverizes pulses into fine powder to achieve optimal cell disruption, releasing protein bodies from the starch matrix. This powder then rises to the grading chamber, where a high-speed impeller separates it: protein-rich particles are discharged for collection, while oversized or starch-heavy powder is automatically redirected to the grinding zone for further processing.
Both the grinding disc and classifying impeller are powered by independent driving systems, with variable speed control on the impeller to allow for precise adjustment of protein purity and enrichment levels. A specialized screw feeding system ensures uniform material input, with the feed rate fully adjustable via frequency control to maintain optimal balance between throughput and separation efficiency.
